Dunno why he'd be clothed in Org.XIII garments, though. I doubt it's Xehanort.

Something tells me that the Org. guy might be AtW/DiZ related. Doesn't necessarily have to be DiZ himself, but something like the lingering sentiment; his emotion or memory took a bodily form. Iono, I just think that explosion in KHII converted him into data or something. =/
