Remember the Paradise that Ansem writes about. That is probably the entrence to there since it appears before Ansem, who now has red eyes, & looks more humbled.

It is heart-shaped. But yeah, the paradise part....I think it could, or be the "world in its true form".

You shouldn't forget that there must be a World / Room / whatever where KH rests. So the DD Scenery is still nearby of KH.

!!THEORY ALERT!!
Maybe there is a shining Portal behind that Keyhole (if there is one), the Heart of the one who enters join with the Kingdom Heart and decides about the balance of power in the outer world, so if someone has Darkness in it, everything will be engulfed with Darkness and Destruction, Light brings Llight and finally Twilight maybe a balanced order, none of the other both extremes.
