looks like KH2FM+ isn't coming to america
so i was wondering if anyone knows where i can buy one
and another question
does it work on a PS3 or just the PS2

I'm still trying to figure out HOW your title correlates to your post...

A. How do you know it's not coming?
B. Ebay is always user-friendly and full of greedy hyenas.
C. Both, but obviously must be NTSC-J or you have to have a modded PS2.

It only works on PS2.
