You could ask in one of the request shops in the Digital Media section of this forum for a sig, you know. Just have a stock image for them to work from, and request any effects, styles and/or text you want, and they'll work on it and get back to you.

Or, you know, you could ask someone to make it for you in the creative media section here if you can't or don't want to do it yourself.

Well, as you can see, there are many groups offering their services. Once you've decided which one you want to ask, you can check their OP and just follow the request guidelines.

You open their thread and you follow the explanations on the first post, at the top of the first page.

Stop getting us to do everything for you. Actually go around and look at what threads say, rather than reading for only five seconds and then giving up.
