Why Vanitas Looks Like He Does

MX stabs Ven and extracts his darkness.
Ven goes into comma.
Van is created, and either has no face, or looks like Ven in someway.
Sora fills the empty part of Ven's heart, causing Van's appearance to look like Sora.
Ven is brought to Eraqus to train under him.
Van trains under MX.
4 Years Pass.
Ven and Van battle.
Van is destroyed, causing Ven's heart to literally break into half.
Ven connects his heart to Sora so that he doesn't die, but he had to leave his body to do this.
Ven's body goes into a comma.
Aqua brings Ven's body to LoD.
Aqua seals LoD's Keyhole, causing LoD to turn into CO.
Ven's body is still in CO.
The End.

I'm thinking Vanitas was created first already looked like he does, then when Ven's heart touched Sora's it affected the way Sora looked. So...Sora actually looks like Vanitas, and not visa versa. Problem solved

Sora refilled Ventus' fractured heart at the beginning of his Ven's story. That's why Vanitas looks like Sora. So if Riku repaired Ven's heart, Vanitas would look like Riku, but thats not the case.

in BBS ultimania. when asked nomura said it was because sora filled ven's fractured part. if riku would've done it, he would've looked like riku

But I just need something explained to me....Which cam first Vanitas' birth, or Sora's?

I thought it was Vanitas, since at the beginning Ven already had a fractured heart. But when Vanitas' was born, Ven already had a keyblade....soooo why was MX so surprised when he saw Ven produce one, as if it was the first time he'd done it?

Color me confused.

Ven's heart didn't go into Sora's until after Ven was placed in the Chamber.
