and I'm a little confused of what happened
in the scene with Roxas and Xion talking.

What is this showing? It's kind of hard to tell.

The scene looks like Xion's body is faded, and Roxas sees a keyblade.
It doesn't look like either Roxas or Xion is holding it up.
