The only things going towards him being one is the fact that he trained Mickey. He's just a really powerful mage, not a really powerful Keyblade Wielder. We already have MX and Eraqus for that.

And someone who knows alot about the keyblade trains Mickey might mean he's a keyblade master himself.

One doesn't need to be a Keyblade Wielder to train someone though. Like Merlin in KH1. He trained Sora with his magic and all but that didn't mean he was a Keyblade Wielder. I'm just saying there's more proof saying he isn't than he is. Besides, that would be too many Keyblade Wielders in my taste. Sort of how near the end of DBZ there was way too many Super Saiyans.
