So it looks like Yozora’s the secret boss. That’s great, I had a good feeling! Only question is…how hard is he?

I suppose Yozora is a secret boss in the sense we weren't absolutely sure we would fight him, but the fact we already knew he's in thanks to the trailer kinda dampens the mood, yo.

Apparently, depending on whether or not you lose to Yozora, you'll get different ending cutscenes.

glad to know Shinjuku wont be set in night all the time. Plus Yozora saying he would save Sora if he wins solidifies him as a hero. Also yay he has a car like his FF counterpart

Lmao that secret ending is the same thing as the Versus XIII trailer from a decade or so back. Yozora is Versus!Noctis officially confirmed. Nomura really just making a Versus game in the KH franchise lmao. Not sure how I feel about that

Also, yeah. The car scene is a [I]direct[/I] call back to Noctis in the original Versus 13 trailer. The first shot is framed almost one for one.

Well, Xigbar didn't seem to know who Luxord IS and I'm figuring the info Xemnas had might have been from Xigbar. So either he's just assuming Luxord HAS to be from the Chi era or *confused noises*

One doesn't rule out the other. The book of prophecies did certainly not project all parts of the old united world for the Keykids to collect Lux in or rather we weren't shown all of them in KH X or Ux.

Then there's the whole worldline jumping and other new interdimensional mumbo-jumbo Nomura introduced so there could be an explanation that does not necessarily make Xemnas' explanation completely false.

It definitely sounds like it. What if.... Luxord, Demyx, Elrena and Lauriam were shot forward to Yozora’s world. That’s why we haven’t seen then technically around in Sora’s world. With Luxu being able to essentially traverse space, maybe he was able to find them at some point and brought them to Sora’s world when they were Nobodies. I’m probably super duper wrong though. Usually am lol. Maybe we’ll find out in the next UX update. Can’t wait regardless.

I wonder to what extent the difficulty levels are for each of the the bosses. Previous ones you can cheese with magic and others make you want to rip your hair out lol. I wasn’t good at the data battles or Lingering Will so I might not be getting all these trophies lol.

I don't recall the scene where Xemnas states that, but it could be either:
1. Whatever happened to Verum's world ended with him ending in Chi Era
2. It's not actually Luxord, but a counterpart
3. Xemnas was just wrong

That being said, this whole scene is fantastic and the fact that we have two different endings probably means that one is not an actual bad ending but just another fate, while the first one is what is going to become of the next game.

The cutscenes we have so far seem to be ripped from the game, not actual ingame footage, so we'll have to wait until someone actually goes through all 13 superbosses first. So yeah, probably going to take a while.
