Well the new scenes KH2FM had didn't have any voice acting anyway. It was all subtitles.
All they need to do is essentially translate a few new lines of dialogue, and burn it on a disc, and America has KH2FM, so I think they should have shipped it with RECOM, honestly.

But I'll take what I can get.

Maybe if this goes really well, especially right before Christmas, they'll sell a bundle with KH1FM and KH2FM next Spring or something.

That would make me hot in the pants.

They'd have to translate all the new abilities, though, and the new journal entires, the new items, etc.

Though it would still be small, yes.

Uh they were silent in-game, but there WAS voice acting recorded for those scenes, which you could see in Theater Mode upon completion of Re:CoM.

=/ Would be a better job with voices in it.

Upon the completion of the game, certain tasks, mini games, and RE:CoM the voices open up. It shocked me at first but, the voices are there.

I really don't like repeating myself but, we shouldn't cross our fingers. It's damn near a miracle that we even received THIS.
