Anyway, here are some of my pictures. I would appreciate comments.
Sorry for the bad quality... I don't have a scanner, and my digital camera rapes the picture every single time.

Ichijo Takuma from my favourite manga/anime series, Vampire Knight.

Axel. <3 Took the pictures from KHII Manga.

My latest picture, Sora. The shadowing didn't come out as I wanted (damn you, digital camera).

You did a great job on Sora, too. Have you thought about trying to draw these characters in more unique poses yourself, not just copied from artworks/mangas?

Meh, I'm not good at poses or anatomy... So I prefer copying. XD
I promise I'll try something unique.

you can always look at photos of people in various poses, and then replace them with the character you're drawing.
doing that more and more may help you improve a little
