The more darkness in your heart, the stronger the Heartless is.Take a look at Sora.
He wields the KEYBLADE.
Yet, he turned into a mere shadow.
because he had little darkness in his heart

Honestly, the only ones who've shown extensive legitimate emotion are the Special Nobodies (Nami, Roxas, Xemnas, Xion).
The others, not really.
So maybe only the other five of the six apprentices made good enough heartless. The more darkness in your heart, the stronger the Heartless is.
Well if Xehanort had enough darkness to have a human like heartless, and if the apprentices worked close with eachother it's not crazy for them to be the same. And I agree that darkness doesn't equal evil generally, but it does equal it on a more personal level.I wouldn't say that. We have no idea how much darkness was in any of their hearts. Besides, we can't exactly call the apprentices completely evil. They were scientists, doing what they thought was best.
Besides, darknes=/=evil.
When did Sora have a Human form Heartless?Axel said that the only two beings to ever have a Heartless with a human form were Sora and Xehanort. That's it. Everyone else is just a regular Heartless. They're not all going to be human-shaped Heartless. That's tacky and distasteful.

Did Axel say that in the Manga?Axel said that the only two beings to ever have a Heartless with a human form were Sora and Xehanort.
To me just being a heart doesn't qualify you to be a heartless.
