I get that but the art world also thrives on ideas, styles, and concepts being recycled and reused. You think one person stuff is original and creative compared to another, heavens no. As quoted from Picasso himself, "Good Artists Borrow, Great Artists Steal" Why do you think we have art movements in the first place, because one person did something no one has seen at that time and everyone then takes that idea and concepts and adapts it. Look at Andy Warhol and the Pop Art movement, they all share commonality and ideas taken from one another. By doing so these artist create series of paintings and art work that in the end all have been classified as Pop Art because of the style and common features and attribute that they took from one another.
That is just my point of view, but again I do understand where you are coming from.
