Well...here's Amazon's Help with orders page for items or orders that have a problem...you can even have them call you like in 5 minutes on one of their features

I don't think thats really fair that they don't pay for your shipping despite sending you an item that doesn't work. However, I would get a refund, that way you could just buy the game at a local GS or game store, in case it didn't wort so you could just bring it there for direct help...no telephone service or e-mail crap. <_<
