That's correct, only remastered cutscenes in HD (plus new ones).

Yes, that is correct. It is not the full game.

It is 2 hours and 50 minutes of cutscenes they have made into HD, as well as Roxas' Diary, character bios, and the Secret Reports by each of the Organization members. You get six trophies by watching all of the scenes and reading everything in the Diary and Reports.
