I'm er..14..so I don't exactly have a job. A friend of mine works at EB though, and he said he'd try to hook me up when I'm fifteen.

that seems like a fun job. Hopefully you wont have crapy managers and lazy as can freakin be co-workers, like me.

What happened during your work?
BTW I do random jobs around the neighborhood, and sometimes it just plain sucks...

Sonic?

I work at McDonalds. I flip the patties and make the burgers. I get burned by oil constantly and I'm always handling hot stuff. But the people there are great.

Don't like your job? Quit. Complaining won't do anything.

Very true. It just suxs and i mfrusterated is all. And i was wondering if anyone else had a bad job.

My problem is horrible managment. I end up picking up the slack for the lazy people who dont get in trouble cause the managers like them.

Have you ever worked drive thru Johnny? It suxs. Ive worked it everyday ive been at Sonic and customers can be so pissy sometimes.

See, I was smart. I chose back area only so I didn't have to deal with customers.

Instead, I just have to deal with the people up front who yell at me to hurry up. Good thing about this is I can yell back at them.

I work a blue collar job loading a debagger machine that sends 1 gallon jugs into a dairy to be filled with milk, and sometimes I load trailers with empty bottles. It's monotonous, underpaying, and I hate working with people who barely speak english.

That suxs. I know so people who work like that and all of them have crappy managers. Plus that has to sux since they dont speak the language.

And Pepsi, what do you do there?

eek mangs. management at its possible worst. i would feel for you, but i've never had that type of experience before. D:

i'd say just quit. no one wants to have a job that has poor service, right?

i mostly do a lot of small jobs here and there. like babysitting, library aides, school website assistance, organizers, etc. most of the time i help with my dad's business and sell asian jewelry and antiques. sometimes i get lucky whenever i sell some of my old stuff that are never used but are still in pretty good condition. [:

what i really want to do is work at COSTCO so i could get a minimum wage of at least 17+ per hour (or so they say -- it's a 50/50 chance probability). money for the win! <3 and if that doesn't work, there's always the option of being a cocktail waitress, bartender, or busgirl (restaurant job).

i read through everything that happened to you and although it would be best for me to say how much i pity you and feel for you, but honestly i don't all that much. i put up with the same crap at my job and yes it does suck but put up with it until the day that you finally have off and spend it relaxing from your job. other than that there's nothing more to be said or that can be done unless of course you quit your job that is...

You know something...all your jobs is what I would kill for. How would you feel if you worked at a Boys and Girls Club of America? Think how "nice" it would feel when you have to take care of fourteen kids by yourself while your "helpers" trail off talking on their stupid cellphones while management never seems to exist except checking on how everyone is doing in the summer while there is no air-conditioning and the ONLY relief there is for you is your lunch break. Yeah you guess it, this was me in my summer job. It sucks, it sucks hard. I really hate kids with a passion and NO ONE will convince me otherwise.

Yeah...about $1600. Its a college program for those who are in need of money to pay off expensive textbooks and such.
