I work at McDonalds. I flip the patties and make the burgers. I get burned by oil constantly and I'm always handling hot stuff. But the people there are great.
Don't like your job? Quit. Complaining won't do anything.

i'd say just quit. no one wants to have a job that has poor service, right?
i mostly do a lot of small jobs here and there. like babysitting, library aides, school website assistance, organizers, etc. most of the time i help with my dad's business and sell asian jewelry and antiques. sometimes i get lucky whenever i sell some of my old stuff that are never used but are still in pretty good condition. what i really want to do is work at COSTCO so i could get a minimum wage of at least 17+ per hour (or so they say -- it's a 50/50 chance probability). money for the win! <3 and if that doesn't work, there's always the option of being a cocktail waitress, bartender, or busgirl (restaurant job).

Think how "nice" it would feel when you have to take care of fourteen kids by yourself while your "helpers" trail off talking on their stupid cellphones while management never seems to exist except checking on how everyone is doing in the summer while there is no air-conditioning and the ONLY relief there is for you is your lunch break. Yeah you guess it, this was me in my summer job. It sucks, it sucks hard. I really hate kids with a passion and NO ONE will convince me otherwise.
