dude, your dude friend sounds like a jerk, i'm sorry if this offends you, but it sounds like your lady friend is cool, you might be able to compromise with her, such as e-mailing, myspace, facebook...etc. grades are real important now more than ever. but you want to keep your friends too. you can make new friends. just don't forget about the old one. if she is a good friend, she will be your friend no matter what. so, grades sounds better
