Background is nice, but the circle over her body is a bit big. the height, in my opinion, is too high :/. Maybe drop about 50 pixels in height, and the circle might not be a huge deal. Nicely done, overall.

i completely agree with this.
everything looks really smooth and well done, then her face is like bleh.

yea i noticed the face looked a bit LQ for my taste while i was making it, just was too lazy to fix it.
