well this is a question that is rather trivial.

lea is pronounced Lee, so not so girly about that one.
Isa is pronounced Eye-za in japan though in english it will must likely be pronounced EE-sa

They're more like...unisex names.

Lea has been changed to be pronounced "Lee" in english.
Isa is pronounced "Eye-zah". Sounds fine to me as a boy's name. Imo, hopefully the pronunciation will remain the same in english.

most likely not, Saix has two dots over the I in english giving it the "ee" sound, so the might make it EE-sah

Eh, whatever pronunciation they use won't matter anyway since he's only called by name like once.

I consider both of their names unisex, seeing as how they're written like it's feminine and are pronounced masculine.

I don't think it matters that much. But the names aren't really that in a feminine way.
And it's not like Nomura had many options with their names, since each only had three letters.
