Well we know that their not heartless already other wise they would be called heartless and not Dusk... But wether there souless... Hmm.. Who knows... There's not really much info on the Dusk to tell.
I think "Dusk" sounds a lot cooler than "souless" even if it is their name.
That could be, I have a theory that says something like that.

I thought the souless theory was destroyed? Why is it being brought back?
Anyway, Dusk aren't souless. They only got that "name" because the EM said he was a shell, heartless are hearts that plunged into Darkness, and Dusk were just there so people assumed they were just souless.
AND, souls have nothing to do with Kingdom HEARTS. Plus they stay with the body (confirmed by Ansem's report) so they don't separate from the body along with the heart. And if Dusk were created by the Org. why would they even be worried about souls? They all have their souls. And what would souls add to the storyline? The ONLY time they were ever mention was in the Ansem Reports but even then they weren't that important.

But then again in the ansem reports it says sometimes the soul and body go somewhere else. That could be the souless.(and blonde hair kid could be soras body and soul?)

The BHK can't be Sora's shell because you need a heart to wield a keyblade. And shells don't have hearts. So he isn't a shell.

Get the facts straight
First of all lets get the ground facts posted. The soulless you all refer to are officially known as N.E.O.'s (Non-Existant Ones). The only official Neos so far are the organization members. So yes Diz and his Minions are in fact shells. It is basically fact now that Diz is Ansem's Neo. However the Ansem reports say that people exist in multiple worlds (Present, Light, Dark, and the World in between) The Present world was taken care of in KH. KH2 is based in the "In-Between World' (a.k.a. Twilight Down) I do not believe that BHK (Blonde-Haired Kid) is a Neo, but he is a form of Sora from one of these 'worlds". Like somehow maybe some of soras heart went with his soul and body when he became a heartless. And maybe thats why in KH2 he has black clothes.

That sounds about right but you say that the ORG. members are shells then Axel is soras shell.

Actually Sora's clothes are different now because now instead of using light powers he uses twilight powers, hence the twilight symbol (also seen on organization weapons) on them. Nomura stated that his new clothes would have something to do with his abilities. Axel has nothing to do with sora...

I'm not sure if that's what they really ment... BHK could just be like a clone or somethin... I mean think in COM "Who was it" Vexen created a copy of Riku... Sooo maybe BHK is a copy of Sora... If he was a clone of Sora then he would be a shell of Sora but he would still have a heart. He would have a heart just not the same one... Ya'll know how it goes... Clones may be just like the original. But their not the same person.
