What's theory is that?
As i know, Xemnas only remember "Anger & Hate", he will values who is the friends? xD

It's not my theory,so it was hard to tell But the theory is about Xemnas has another intention on KH which is bringing his friends back to life by providing the heart xD
Maybe Xemnas just act according to his memories

Yeah. Just like saying the Aqua's armor as "friend" , maybe just get it through memories he has.

You actually thought of a very simple and also possible explanation.
When Mickey draws out the star seeker, he's already inside the data world, which is the journal of Kingdom Hearts 1.
As Mickey only gets the KK D at the end of KH 1, it would be reasonable he only has the star seeker then.

Depending on what Xemnas's real intentions were, Ven's body gone from the chamber might be either a bad or a good thing in the long run.
