Where exactly did TAV armor come from did they earn it form there mentor did they have it to begin with I wanna know tell me where it could possibly be from.

i just think its a concept design.

just like in FF agito XIII trailer they sued hoods to hide there faces but in the gameplay they use school uniform.

No, they will be using the Armor, they've already been seen to have it.

And the fact that they used it in the plot (Aqua's Armor in the RoS) means that they have to include it.
