I'm not really sure what to expect but I definitely think that The Jungle Book still has a strong chance of appearing, I mean they tried to implement it twice already, surely they'd include it in KH3. I wonder if they'd have Sora turn into an animal like in The Lion King.

I really don't want Alice in Wonderland (the live version). I remember something ages ago where Nomura said something about wanting to include Alice in Wonderland again. Hopefully they don't add it in this game.

I think that The Jungle Book has a high chance, I don't know what the other world will be, most people seem to think that it'll be The Princess and the Frog or Atlantis, I'm not sure on either of them.

I could see Alice (2010) being a possibility, just because of Nomura's praise, but I feel like it sorta retcons cartoon Alice from KH1.

Also, what third-party properties could be a possibility? The Nightmare Before Christmas isn't traditional Disney, so I was wondering how far they could go with this kinda stuff.

No offense Dandelion, but there are many ways that they could make a jungle world work. Again, about almost every canned world has appeared in KH at this point. So that argument has a point to exist. I don't understand why everyone is dismissing a more vibrant and diverse looking world with animals? So not a fan of the film, I get it and respect that, but if there is one thing that Nomura has succeeded with. It's to turn any property into something fresh and unexpected. I mean look what they did with The Three Musketeers, Fantasia. I didn't even like TNBC or Alice before KH, but thanks to the worlds I grew some joy for the films. Absolutely not betting such a concept to happen in KH3, but I'm not ruling out and won't until the world list is revealed.

Also, not every world in KH3 must connect with the Organization. It could work with Maleficent & Pete. Although I see Demyx being awesome in a jungle world, suits his laid back attitude.

I'm able to divorce the way I personally feel about a disney film from whether or not I think it'll be included in the game. I think part of the reason why it keeps getting cut is just that, narratively, it would require a lot of reaching.

The main character is a human in a jungle world. So, do we have our characters become animals? It's bit odd since the main character, again, is not only human (and has been voiced by Haley Joel Osment in the past, but that's neither here nor there) but the story is dealing with this human's place in the world and being trapped between being human or being animal. To have Sora, a human, posing as an animal in that world feels off. And to keep him human cheapens Mowgli's development.

Aside from that, what is there to do that you're not doing in other worlds we've seen? Swinging from trees, exploring jungles, swimming, climbing mountainsides with monkey Heartless. Already covered. Is Maleficent turning into a crow or a snake?

I dunno. It could happen, of course, but I don't think so. And I haven't really seen anything to convince me otherwise.

Maleficent would fit as a snake, when I think about it:tongue: As long as Goofy won't turn into any turtle I'm good.

As for SDG, if they were to be animals. A wolf would suite Sora, unless they turn him into a monkey. Donald would obviously be some sort of bird like a peacock or vulture. Goofy .... A rhino perhaps, since it's set in a Indian jungle. Bison or water buffalo.
Sorta off the world story topic. I have feeling that Baloo's jungle would be the place Demyx would chill out in. It's like Demyx's paradise.

Due to recent news about 7 new Princesses of Heart, it's safe to assume that Disney movies which have princess in it are more likely to appear as the last 2/3 unrevealed worlds:

1. Pocahontas
2. Tiana from The Princess and the Frog
3. Merida from Brave
4. Kida from Atlantis: The Lost Empire

While Kida is not an official Disney princess, Nomura can make an exception for her like he did with Alice in KH 1.

Agrabah also deconfirmed because Nomura said except for Kairi, the remaning 6 princesses would be all new.

So I didn't actually notice Monkey Heartless in the Pirates trailer. Thanks to that and the new PoH being a possible factor into the worlds, I'm finally rulling out Jungle Book. There isn't really much to connect it to the main plot anyway

I'm afraid so, but Mostly the fact that fidning the New PoH in the worlds being the focus of the game and not because of Tangled and Pirates having similar environments to Jungle Book's world.

Yeah, it's very possible the last couple worlds could be related to Princesses. But honestly who knows...Nomura loves to throw surprises. Though I can see Jungle Book not making it in at this point.

But seriously, Emperor's New Groove. Sora is the type who would never ignore someone in trouble. The whole setting is great, and talking animals is a thing so Donald and Goofy wouldn't even seem too weird.

Wreck-It Ralph. Replace Hundred-Acre Woods with this pls, I'm sick to death of Winnie the Poo. Spelling on purpose. Sora's already gone into a digital world with Tron, there was that section with them talking about

Lion King 2. Nomura's favorite Disney movie, why not bring in the sequel with Kiara and Kovu? Kiara is ALSO a Disney princess, let me remind you! Who says Disney princesses have to be human? Ariel isn't. Have Sora be a little older like Simba was in that one scene in Lion King 1 1/2. XD

To also join in the discussion of Jungle Book, unfortunately I also don't think it would be considered. Mowgli being the only human is his entire schtick. He already has to deal with being an outcast in that world. Also we had Tarzan, how could they make things unique when we've had jungles already?

A Bagheera and Baloo summon though.... that could be fun.

Edit: omg guys what if there was a Marvel vs. Capcom video game cameo in the Wreck-it Ralph world? That way we COULD have Marvel in there, maybe just Iron Man and a few others. And since it'd be from a video game they wouldn't need to be made live-action, like if Iron Man just stayed in his suit, Spiderman/Black Panther in theirs etc

And have a Stan Lee cameo too as a janitor in Game Central Station lulz

Hercules, Tangled, Frozen and etc never focused on any box, chest, but is added into the plot for the game.

As for feature films focusing on chest, box. Peter Pan to some extent, The Rescuers sorta has connection to a chest in a way. Pocahontas has elements of gold, treasure. The deleted ending of The Jungle Book had a focus on a chest, box in the ruins. Obviously National Treasure focuses on a chest.

Nomura said, back in April, we'd get a hint as to what the new Union X world is in the next Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer. Come May, Wreck-it-Ralph was included in the Premiere Event demos and Nomura said they decided to show him off a bit early. He was then shown off in the E3 trailers.

Based on that and the comments made back in the initial announcements about this world being brand new to the entire Kingdom Hearts series, it is evident that the new Union X world is based on Wreck-it-Ralph. Oh, and a Square Enix Mobile Community Rep who blabs about a lot when she shouldn't pretty much confirmed it too.
