Perhaps you are right ..but they do seem different .Perhaps he has eterochromia like Yuna.

yeah i get what you mean. That would go with the "Cloaked Schemer" title. But it could be the scan, and not to mention that one of his eyes are usually unseen because his hair is blocking it.

about the hair covering the eye
in this video when zexion walks in, on his icon thingy, his hair covers his right eye(the one of veiwers left side).When he turns around it covers his left(one of veiwers right)
both eyes appear to be the same color
so I think its the scan

Lol yeah, I think thats a little glitch, but either way his eye is still covered =P
And I'm pretty sure it'll be clearer in the remake.
