UPDATE JULY 14 2017: It appears Ming-Na Wen was in the studio recording dialogue for the upcoming Wreck-It Ralph sequel. In Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2, Vanellope's game 'Sugar Rush' is broken so Ralph and Vanellope search the internet for a new part. Along the way they meet the Disney Princesses (Belle, Ariel, Pocahontas, Jasmine, Tiana, Rapunzel, Merida, Anna, Mulan, Moana and C3P0 for some reason) and all of the Disney Princesses voice actresses reprised their roles for the film.

News on Kingdom Hearts 3 hasn't been coming as fast as fans hoped despite two Kingdom Hearts releases earlier this year. Hopefully with the latest ReMIX collection in stores it means that news for Kingdom Hearts 3 could be coming fast, especially since E3 is only two months away! Square Enix and Disney could debut a new Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer there, and since it's a convention set in Los Angeles, it's possible English voice recording for a trailer could be underway, which was previously done for the E3 2015 trailer.

If this is the case, we might be seeing a familiar face in Kingdom Hearts 3! Ming-Na Wen, voice actress for Mulan, posted a photo on her Instagram on March 7th 2017 with the caption "Being Mulan today. I love whenever I get to record as #Mulan. @Disney"

Ming-Na Wen reprised Mulan for Kingdom Hearts II, in which Sora found himself helping Mulan join the Army. If Ming-Na is in the studio for Kingdom Hearts 3, this could indicate that fans will be returning to The Land of Dragons. However, Ming-Na has also voiced Mulan for other projects, such as Sophia the First and Disney Infinity 3.0. The latter unfortunately shut down however it is possible that Mulan will be reappearing in Sophia the First as she did tag Disney in the photo and not Square Enix.

Since Ming-Na is injured, it could explain why the decor is different to the previous studio photos. Matching the equipment up with previous photos from Jesse McCartney and Willa Holland was a bit difficult as well so I'm unsure if this photo was taken at Skylark Sounds.

Of course, she's only really voiced Mulan for a handful of things, so it's hard to say "oh it's definitely for this project". I think it could be for Sophia the First but I'm certainly not going to rule out a return to The Land of Dragons!

Oh yeah, forgot about E3, lol. ( I've pretty much lost interest in most things these days... Pokemon and Kingdom Hearts being the only things I still care about.) Idk what more we could possibly do in the Land of Dragons, honestly... but maybe they want another shot at it with all the new technology at hand? Make it more vast and colorful...

I'm really excited about this, but part of me thinks this is for another project (though I dunno what else she could be in besides Sofia, and even that seems like a bit of a stretch). As someone who loves both Mulan as a character and the movie she stars in, I would LOVE to go back to the Land of Dragons in KH3. The only problem is that I just don't know what more they could do with that world unless they do a loose adaptation of the direct-to-dvd sequel (pls no Square). Perhaps she could return as a summon?

I'm a bit indifferent towards this

I thought Land of Dragons was fine in KH2, but I can't say It'd be my first pick of a returning world for KH3.

Love Mulan but there are much more worthy candidates for returning worlds in KH3. In other words, I'd vote against its return. There's just no interesting story or locations left to make a return worth while unless they got one hell of an original story to tell.

I am very interested in what story they could tell. Personally, since some have speculated that in KH3 they might explore the sequels of the movies (Aladdin 3 and kinda Big Hero 6 because it's a followup story from the movie) maybe they could do that, new stories to be told in the classic disney worlds, while the newer movies get somewhat the same story, like Tangled.

And they don't need to bring the whole Land of Dragons world, they could just bring back Mushu and Mulan as a dual summon.

Kingdom Hearts 3 at least so far seems to be much more focused on original Disney stories again, thank god lol, so I feel going back to Land of Dragons could be really great? Even if they do use some plot from the sequel, I guess I thought it was one of the more enjoyable ones. But not in the sense that it compared to the original at all lol. Also, I am in the camp that literally nothing other than Agrabah should return from KH1 at this point. So we need returning worlds from somewhere lol, so KH2 is the logical choice

[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif]I thought it was hinted Marluxia may have a role in the Tangled world as well, so I genuinely think they are going back to what they did in KH1...like use the same themes as the movies but then add in KH elements. At least so far. Especially since we also know the plot of Olympus involves Sora getting his strength back after the events of 3D. I guess we only have 3 confirmed Disney worlds but its a good sign so far.[/FONT]

To have Mulan back in KH III would be amazing! It's one of my favorite world's and every time I watch Mulan 2 I say it would be good for KH III worlds, too. But yeah, I hope this is for KH and not Disney Jr. That would be disappointing now...

It was an alright world, not one of my favorites but I didn't dislike it either. Would be an okay choice for KH3 I think, they could definitely do worse. I'd rather have this to be a returning world than go to Halloween Town or Agrabah for the hundreth time.

Isn't this Magic Fireworks thing going on? (I think the name's "Happily Ever After") Where animators re-animate 2D Disney scenes that then get projected onto Cinderella's Castle? Might be for that thing.

Either way, I didn't like Land of the Dragons in KH2, so...

Either way, I didn't like Land of the Dragons in KH2, so...

the mulan world was alright for kh2 but noting really great but still glad to have it in kh2 as for the happy ever after this is on va thing all it is fireworks pyrotechnics, original animation, plus a heart-tugging original score and if that did had va they would use old clips for it from the movies instead of bringing in the va to recored some lines

Why would they use old clips instead of bringing back VA? Also, I'm not even sure if it's re-animated scenes or new scenes.

it basically reanimated clips on the castle but from this blog https://disneyparks.disney.go.com/b...ular-will-debut-at-magic-kingdom-park-may-12/ it will have score,fireworks and a reanmatied moments as fop why they could reused old va clips instead of bringing back it would be much easier for them since it basically the same scene but if the scene then yeah they would have bring in the va

I want to doubt that Land Of Dragons is returning, but with E3 and D23 Expo happening in the coming months, the timing works.

Land of Dragons was bad in KHII, but so were all the worlds that were a piss-poor synopsis of the movie with Sora taped on. With KHIII stated to have the Disney words more tied to the games' plot, so if this world appears, I'm willing to give it a second chance.
