It'd be amazing with JC as The Doctor.

Top Gear's a car show. Clarkson is downright blunt and offensive at times, but also hilarious in delivering it and voicing it. Maybe even make a spoof episode with him as the Doctor, like the one they did with Rowan Atkinson.
