lol I'm the opposite, I love tons of velvety, foamy milk to level out the bitterness. Better than sugar.
Flat White is the perfect balance of sweet and bitter to me~

I'm going to miss the Christmas Flat White so much.

It's sometimes hard to find a good hot cocoa brand. A lot have corn syrup as the first ingredient, or it goes the other way and is too bitter. Usually both ways it has a ton of sugar.

I want to try Mexican hot cocoa soon. It's usually more cinnamon-y or has hot pepper in it. More cinnamon is never bad.
