and its not really that starnge thate The Twilight Thorn was eneterd into the Journal when enetering the FAKE TWTWN...because Sora woke up in the REAL TWTWN..and Visists There...
so it wouldnt have Gone back into Sora/Roxas's memory until he re-entered the FAKE TWTWN..
Because the Twilight Thorn didnt EXIST in the REAL TWTWN

How is it confusing???....simply put...It was only entered in the journal when SOra(with Roxas in him) went to the Fake TWTWN...becuase thats where the TWILIGHT THORN existed.....

I chose Nobodys because they have minds and they use it, also the strong of heart can retain their human/original form with slight differances. And all the Heartless are slightly repeditive [the emblem, yellow eyes, figetty] but the Nobodys are too [the emblem, they all move like swooooshh]....
