Hello new resident, as of today you are not entered into our databases, and we would like to inform you about our home, and then we will need you to fill out a quick form.
Kimiwate Island is a man made island, floating around the sees. It was brought together by the worlds biggest private owned organization, Animi Corporation. The island has it's own academy, housing district, downtown, and functions like many other cities. Many citizens of Kimiwate Island are average citizen, but it is a cover to Kimiwate's true existence.
In reality, Kimiwate Island is the leading in science, any science, especially technology, Animi Corporation has brought in all of the worlds best scientists and has put them to work for them. The main project of study for the Animi Corporation's Scientists was supernatural abilities in humans.
About 50 years ago they found a way to make humans with special powers, from telekenesis to pyrokenesis, and even memory deletion abilities. The Animi Corporation began experimenting, and soon most people were born with these special powers, and many of them totally unknown. School's had to teach classes on supernatural powers, and were graded by the work they did.
The higher level you are the harder your tests were of course, but every psychic was of a different power level, and for each level they had to go to a different school. The city is watched by a giant satellite at all times, and some say the satellite even controls the people in the city.
The year we have just entered is 2069, Kimiwate Island is stable, Psychics are banned from using powers out of class, even though most of them do anyways. The city is fairly safe and controlled. Many of the ordinary citizens don't seem to notice the damage and destruction. And not every citizen has supernatural abilities, many people, even through experiments cannot gain supernatural abilities, and some can die from the process.
What many of the citizens, and Psychics do not know is that a war is waging, between science and magic. The Vatican, and many other religious, and magic-related organizations are trying to destroy Kimiwate Island. The Island has been infiltrated by magic users, and a battle between magic users and Psychics is about to begin.

1. No Godmodding. Simple but obvious.
2. Powerplaying to a minimum, but you can't dodge every attack either.
3. Contact me if you are inactive.
4. No Machine gun Posting.
5. Post at least once a day.
6. Be literate. No two sentence post, at least a good 5 sentence paragraph.

Few rules of Magic: In this RP Magic can be used through many different means, the more powerful spells, such as summoning a monster, take incantations, and some spells, such as an eternally reviving monster, takes circles of power which to draw power from. To create these one must put power into the created circle, and place them around an area. Many different types of magic can be used, from eastern magic, in which spirits are used to do magic, to the western magics, in which the elements or things are directly worked on by the magicians own magic.
Psychic Levels:
Level 0: Those with no psychic ability at all.
Level 1: A Psychic whose abilities only do the basics, spoon bending, lighting a candle, lesser bits of psychic powers.
Level 2: A little stronger, bending a knife, or making a campfire.
Level 3: Strong enough to sense electrical auras from bodies, and manipulate things to a certain extent.
Level 4: A Psychic who can create a wall of flames, or a huge amount of power. Someone whose power can destroy a block or so of the city.
Level 5: The largest of the Levels. In all of Kimiwate island there are only 7 psychics who have reached this level. But the power range varies widely, from just above level 4, to about 5 level 3 psychics in one person.
Level 6: The unnatainable level of Psychic power, if this were to happen, the psychics powers would be nearly invincible, comparable to the power of gods, and angels.

Personality: Agite Is a weird person. He always acts scary, and tends to get in a lot of fights. He Is challenged alot, and he doesn't mind, most of the time he enjoys something, but recently he has begun to doubt himself and what he should do with his powers. He has a kind heart deep down, but in his quest for power had forgotten about it, but a small girl brought him back, and his kindness has shown a little, but he is still cold and calculating when in a battle.
Level: Level 5, He is the strongest Psychic on the island, and is approaching Level 6.
Psychic Abilities: Reflect was Agite's main ability for a long time, any attack, psychic or physical could be sent back at the enemy. If someone punched him their arm would break, the damage not effecting Agite at all.
His Accelerate ability allows him to shoot off any object in any direction. He can make his body move faster, moving faster then many people can see.
Vector Change: a Group of his abilities which allow him to change the area of any given 'vector' through his telekinesis. In these Vectors he can redirect the wind and control it in that vector. He can make the wind in a vector so dense it begins to form into a plasma state.
This ability is automatic, and therefore must allow certain things to effect him. In his very own vector it changes as he walks, he has to conciously allow gravity to effect him, and even allow himself to hear others, being able to reflect sound waves. He is also very pale because his body reflects UV Rays, and also therefore has an imbalance of hormones, and is in a way sexless.
History: As a child Agite was resented and hated for his powers, and all the kids picked on him. After one incident, where a boy tried to kick him during soccer, breaking the boys leg, a bunch of parents running and trying to grab agite, all getting hurt, then police being called in, and then the national guard, and by the end, they were all dead, only Agite was standing.
He then went into his own special class, being removed from contact with all other kids, as he got older he became stronger, and others began to challenge him and fight him. His powers continuing to grow and grow. Agite became the main subject for an experiment to create a Level 6 Psychic. The plan was to kill 20,000 clones of a level 5 psychic, the clones being at level 3.
This experiment came to an end when Agite was beaten by a boy with magic cancelling abilities. This changed him and Agite was a different person. A few days later he met an unfinished clone who turned out to be a controller clone, and in the end Agite saved her, and his kindness shown through.

Imagine Break: This ability isn't really considered a psychic power, more like an anomaly. Imagine Break is contained in Touma's hands. It allows him to stop and absorb any magic, or psychic ability thrown at him, it doesn't do much good against physical attacks, but his speed and strength help that. He is very strong and fast, his fists able to negate any sort of magic and or psychic powers that are attached to an object, or even in the air.
History: Touma's life has been regular. He was never very good in school, he never got noticed for his psychic powers, he always got in street brawls, trying to be the hero and save the girl. He has a pride to protect his family and friends and would do anything for them.
When he defeated Accelerator, he did not do it because he must, but because of the clones, he had come to know one of the clones, and he hated what was being done. So he stopped the experiment by defeating Accelerator. His history isn't exstensive and he doesn't have many distinguishing things about his past.
