By the way, does anyone else agree that Xaldin has the LAMEST and most boring new pose, while the other members look cool. All Xaldin does is stand like a rock with lances behind his back!

I certainly don't. Xaldin takes a pose like that because he's a complete badass. You see ANYONE with six lances floating on the wind around him, no matter what pose they're in, you realize just how awesome they are.

Not really. His illusions could be a number of things. But, to a very minor extent, I suppose, yes. Yes he is.
