For one love the stock..!, but it looks to bland, no excitement, and the black boarder seems too much, maybe removing it, and at some contrast to give it a nice look to it, its not bad, but its not good either.

"chief" is simply lost and as a whole the text is worthless. the background is completely independent of Obama. Weak to say the least. Try to add something that matches the stock but that's a little hard in this case.
