What has Nomura confirmed that the 10-minute ending of BbS will show, and what will the Secret movie thingy show and explain? You can delete this once it's answered.

Well, the secret movie at the end of BBS supposedly answers a lot of the questions that we have on the KH series, and also ties BBS to a possible sequel.

Nomura: Yes there is one. Except this time it isn’t a pre-rendered movie that gives a hint as to how the story will develop later, but is shown like an event scene. There is dialog, and in all it runs about ten minutes. It is set up as one episode. Instead of showing us what will happen in the future, it is more like a true ending. I would really like everyone to see it. There are characters that will only show up there in it as well.

Regular endings are probably dependent upon the character.

The secret ending is the 10 minute long video. It's not in CG, but it has dialogue. It is supposed to be a "true ending" to the game, meaning that it ties up some loose ends and features some characters that don't appear in the normal game. It is also supposed to link to whatever the next game will be (not sure on this one... I heard it somewhere, but I can't seem to find where it was stated). That's about all we know.

Well, all of the information that I've said are as much as we know so far. Nomura didn't even say anything about it in his interview.

A new character that will only show in the secret ending will be there.

this new character could possibly be a new antagonist or just a new character in the next game

Oh, that's uncalled for xD Interesting. And he says that characters who don't appear at all during the game will appear during the secret ending, that'll be interesting to find out who they are... maybe Apprentice Xehanort, since his VA's pretty much confirmed that he's going to be voice someone in BbS, and where else would they put Xehanort?
