Seems to be a remix with Twister, Give Me All Your Love, Calling, etc. idk. It's weird. Also, if you set your computer ahead of the 6 days it starts tripping.

It's an abbreviation of Subarashiki kono sekai which is the Japanese title of The World Ends with You. The timer is wired to your computer's date/time.
