An RP by Razputen and TheDoomOreo.
The Story:
The year is 2716. Old America has been destroyed. Two groups have risen from the ashesThe Resistance and The Organization. The Resistance are the last remnants of our former free government. They have been working to eradicate The Organization. The Organization is a group of scientists who are warping and manipulating the masses of children still left. They have been stealing children and experimenting with them till they have created the ultimate weapon. They have recently came up with the U.T.T.B.S program. They stopped kidnapping and have started to make their own children from scratch. Their prototype was a success.

The Organivation created what they decided to call Life, they named it Life because of the powers the lay dormant inside of the boy. They soon came to realize that Life cannot exist without Death, so they created another one, this one they named Death. They later renamed them Damian, The Angel of Death, and Nathaniel, The Angel of Life. The Resistance was unaware of the two boys for years. A spy learned of the boys when they were 13 years of age and so a mission was conducted to either destroy or capture the boys. The resistance were able to capture Damian but they couldn't locate Nathaniel so they blew up the lab. This caused an explosion far greater than the Resistance thought would occur.
All of the chemicals that were used to create the two boys spilled out into the earth and the air and many people in the surrounding area were affected. Many people found out that they had new powers but at a price. Later on the Organization referred to the powers as Stigmas. This is the World. Which side will you chose?

Minor Mind Control- As the name suggests you can control minds for a brief time.
Adrenal Burst- You can release you adrenaline to achieve a state that allows you to be stronger and faster that normal for a brief amount of time.
Pyrokinesis- You can manipulate fire. You can't create flame yet.
Fracturing: can manipulate dirt, rocks, ect.
Hydrokenisis- Can manipulate water.
Airfeel- manipulate air around you
Combustion-Can cause small spontaneous combustions.
Any other ideas that will be specific to you're character feel free to add.

Explanationon:
Backfires: A backfire is specific to each persons stigma and to that person. Its like an OCD. You just can't help but do this after every time you use your power.

Evo- Stigmas: Higher form of your stigma that will be unlocked once you reach a certain point in your character story. That event is meeting both the Angel of Death, Damian, and the Angel of Life, Nathaniel's true forms. We will PM you letting you know when your stigma has evolved.

5th day of my known captivity. Its like waking up from a horrific yet pleasant nightmare. It feels like I skipped the mediocre crap of childhood. I know I'm different from the rest of these people. They act as if they are in pain. Well that is it for now...
Journal Entry 2 Age 5:
There seems to be another child just like me. Except, the adults are not scared of him. How strange, he looks exactly like me except for his eyes and hair. That's it for now, here they come to drug me to sleep again...
Journal Entry 179 Age 10:
I snuck out under the cover of night and researched myself on The Organization database. It seems that that other strange kid and I are part of some kind of experiment. I couldn't research further because I was caught and thrown into the experimentation room along with that other kid. He was already asleep. Now every thing seems to be making sense. My eyes have changed color, they are a fierce crimson red. Strange.
Journal Entry 367 Age 13:
I have finally been rescued by the Resistance. Apparently they could only save me. That kid, who I found out is my brother, was lost amongst the explosion that was set off by my new friends. Unfortunately it released stigma into the air giving people powers beyond comprehension. I will learn more about it and my brother.
Journal Entry 667:
I'm going after my brother. He is not dead. I received a mind link from him on accident. He is still there and, judging by the unclarity of his mind, he is slipping into insanity. I have decided to go alone to not risk any of my soldiers. I will leave tonight.

Personality: He does not speak much. He usually speaks through the mind link with his brother, unless something needs to be said. He keeps to himself as he is weary of other people. Ever gazing into the night he never sleeps. Always seems to be thinking about something.
