In seriousness, the girl doesn't have to be a big gamer like myself, though that would be pretty nice. If she at least plays them a little or would be open to playing them, that would be good. If she is completely against the idea though, then there may be a little trouble. It all depends on what else is going on; if that's the only thing we disagree with, we should be fine.
