Anyways, yes the model is real. The face is just low rez and not unique because they just slapped it on so they'd have something to put on it. If his face is ever revealed ingame, it'll probably look similar, but with significant differences.

Maybe they're the same because you weren't even supposed to see his face in the first place, so they just took an already existing face to put on there and said "Meh, they can't see it anyways."
