Could possibly be a glitch or it was mistakenly removed. Otherwise everything from positive to negative rep should be in your main User CP.

Well as long as a member isn't spamming each others clubs and what not, there isn't really much of a problem. As a mod, we'd most certainly remove spam even if it's in a place such as FI.
It's not against the rules, if that were true then the Twilight Hate club would have been closed. You have something in mind?
