Cyber's a better KH player than most people. And he's certainly not rusty.

They changed the boss' AI so that he's no longer a pushover. He counters randomly, for starters, and less things stun him. He also can teleport now too.
And considering that most of his attacks can kill him in two hits, it's not surprising to see that he's stuck.
