Its obvious, they tell you that because its annoying them.lol I do agree it feels good. I have to wait a few before I can do it again, but that's just building up more suspense!

Apparently I heard from a coworker that it releases the hormones sex does. If that's true, I wouldn't feel much during sex.

I can never crack anything until I wake up in the morning and stretch from being so stiff all night.

Just by normal stretching and stuff I end up cracking my back, knees, or shoulders. I've never been able to crack my knuckles on purpose. Only accident, I'll pull or jam my finger and pop a knuckle. For a second it hurts, and the shock makes me yell, (lol, I'm kind of jumpy sometimes).

Killing is easy once you forget the taste of sugar
It doesn't give you arthritis. The popping sound is just the sound of air bubbles in the fluid between your joints "popping" as you squish them.
Of course, I assume the more you pop the more you'll have to pop, because you'll just end up forming more air bubbles.

Whatever. I don't crack mine.
Just my thumbs crack. And I have to or they like get stuck or something lawl.

I've only ever cracked my knuckles- and never my thumb. It won't do it for some reason- and my ankles and toes. I can't crack my neck or back, or knees, or anything like that. I've never had to.

However, because I type so much, with all the writing and posting that I do, my fingers can get incredibly stiff and I'll need to stretch and crack them every now and then. I used to believe that whole 'cracking them causes arthritis' but even if it was true, I don't care.

I have to have some way of relieving the pain in my knuckles after typing for so long.

Yes, it does. I do it anyway. Makes my hands feel loose instead of so tight.

Alright.

Yea.
It doesn't.

Just releases the oxygen between the bones.
Feels great when you do it after a while.

specially the back and the neck.

Maybe because it releases some of both?

I crack my two big toes and only some of my fingers. I don't know what's up with that.
