Where do you get your music from + how big is your library?

I wanted to update it with a new poll.

As the title states go ahead and cast your vote and brag about your collection size.

I have 633 songs. I know itunes says that much but I think I have a lot less.
I listen to music on lala, but I don't download it much. I'll most get my music from cd's lying around ripping them or I'll just keep them on cds.Oh I got like 2 songs from youtube.

yeah, youtube quality sucks.

I was given a warez site awhile back (from Spic Steve actually), so I basically get my music from rapidshare. The two times I tried to torrent I ended up reformatting my harddrive, so I've given up on that. Maybe I'll get the nerves to try it again someday, but not right now.

edit: oh, and library size? 1337 songs (whomglol), about 8 GB (pretty small actually, I thought I would have more songs), and apparently about 4 days worth of music.

I thought the number was funny because it was "1337", but yeah I guess I have more songs than I thought.

Either buy from iTunes or rip from YouTube which I've been doing a lot of lately.

you probably have one of the best cataloges i've seen

but, yeah, i'm not really into a certain genre since it depends on the song. could be jazz, something with a hispanic feel, something pop, something heavy metal or dnb. so i rip everything from youtube but if i want whole albums i just download torrents from mediafire. sometimes if i find CDs in my room i've not listen to in ages i rip them onto media player

217 items (i regularly delete songs i seldom listen to) and 13.1 hours

6668 songs. Not all of that is specifically music though.

I get mine from various warez sites (rapidshare, megaupload, 4shared, etc) and torrents listed on scrapetorrent (and the program i use is utorrent). Oh and I rip from youtube too, although not that often.

I'd start paying for music except that most of the bands I particularly enjoy are too obscure to have their records up for sale anywhere in here, and I can't really order online atm. Once I can, I'll start buying.
