Your first RPG

I'm just curious as to know what your first RPG was and how old you were when you played it. I downloaded a ROM of my first ever RPG for nostalgia the other day and it made me think about it.

My first ever was Shining Force for the SEGA Genesis, it was awesome and I find it amazing that I was able to beat it when I was 8 and yet I have so many troubles with the later battles now xD..

But yeah, basically, what was your first RPG and when did you beat it? And is there anything in particular you wanna talk about in reference to the topic or your first RPG.

Pokemon yellow version. Got when I was like 4 or 5. Still havent beat it. But I kinda messed it up big. I want to restart it but I have a lot of memories with this file.

Pokemon Saphire and Crystal. For GBA(Yeah, Crystal was a GBC game.)

I got them both at once. I think I was 7 or 8.

Pokemon Yellow. I got it when I was about...6 or 7, and it wasnt hard to beat, except for the Elite Four, but yeah...

Pokemon Red was my first RPG.
I was 6 years old. In fact it was my first game.

Im afraid that's got to be Pokemon Red/Blue, though I dont count that game as one.

My very first REAL RPG was Final Fantasy VIII. Rented it for the PC, loved it SO MUCH that I bought it for my PS1. Now it's so scratched up that I will buy a new copy this week. :thumbsup:
