So anyways I noticed something. Terra has blue eyes. Xehanort has yellowish eyes. Right? So when your watching the secret ending and you see him walk down the isle on radiant garden with Braig he has brown eyes. Why is this? Anyone else notice this?

I guess one could theorize that because neither had control of Apprentice Xehanort's body, his eye color stayed brown to represent the lack of connection to the two warring hearts inside of him.

I never noticed this, but it could be the warring hearts inside him or maybe brown could be sense of him being lost between which to lean towards...also don't forget Master Eraqus, and he had gray eyes. Maybe if you add blue, yellow, and gray you get brown?

The warring hearts sounds like a good theory, but I still don't see why Nomura would throw that in there unless maybe it was a mistake..or something we don't know yet..or something so obvious as this theory.

Yeah right? LOL! But in all seriousness, I mean when you saw him before when Ansem came to help him he still had yellowish eyes. And he remembered his name "Xehanort" over "Terra" So that obviously points to the fact that Xehanort is in controll at that point. So why is it that his eye color just changed? And what was with Braig? He said "your not Terra?" but hey he certainly acted like Terra. He pushed his arm off of his shoulder like he was all "I don't like you." I'm so confused. I wish Nomura would explain things sometimes. Unless he did this on purpose because it has more to it than that. Or maybe you guys are right and it is just them warring with each other. But we all know what happens to Xehanort and what he does thereafter. So I just don't get it. I wonder...

Nomura loves to keep things open to interpretation so people can come to their own conclusions.
Furthermore, this story arc (Xehanort Saga) is not finished yet, it is pretty much a given that Nomura left several things open and unexplained on purpose.
We are still right in the middle of the story, it can be expected that not all makes sense or is explained yet.

It has been done twice already so it can't be a glitch.
The most plausible explanation seems to be really that it indicates that neither Master Xehanort nor Terra are in control of Apprentice Xehanort.
A mix of MX and Terra's eye color would be green (blue+yellow), not brown, so that's not it.

And as exciting as it is to discover stuff like that. It also mentally bothers me. I WANNA KNOW NOW! LOL!
Well it's a discovery, but not the greatest one. Maybe Nomura thought brown would match white hair. Or maybe not putting green eyes (blue+yellow) hints that Apprentice Xehanort is a whole new person, a new character, a new saga. How about that?

I agree. And it's not over something a year old to some people. I'm sure you didn't even catch this. Anyways, Sephiroth0812 I agree with you. It's not a mix of color at all that has anything to do with it I'm sure. But rather most people are thinking it's because of the two warring within one body. This may be a fact but if so then what about the amnesia? He seemed to only remember the name "Xehanort" I'm sure nomura made him remember this name for a reason. And I wonder if maybe we see him again in DDD? Perhaps thats what this little clue has been made for. As a type of cliffhanger perhaps?
