okay i figured out permissions in bukkit
ya'll can now do some new things

first off, you can use /home and /sethome
you can /spawn to go to spawn
when you knock out the bottom block of a tree, the whole tree will come down
you can use /warplist and /warp [warpname] but there aren't any warps yet because idk where you guys would want to warp to

tnt and creepers and fireballs do not break blocks now
animations and damage still happen tho

if you've got the launcher you can just boot into 1.7.3 i think instead of having to rifle through old downloads and stuff
