I can see what you mean. It looks kinda like his face (from when he talks with Sark) but I think that's pure coincidence and even so just a passing resemblence, as the ceiling has far fewer polygons and the face is far more squashed and distorted in KH2/original Tron.
fun fact: the MCP wireframe face in the original movie was in fact, taken from the a magician character the VFX house used for early tests shown at conventions like Ciggraphto showcase what computer animation was capable of.

Yeah, it looks like a face—I just don't know that it's meant to be the MCP's.
