As with anything else, if the time you spend wanking starts distracting you from important parts of your life, it's time to cut back.

But masturbation is generally great for your health.

I view it as a necesarry evil, since I am a christian and there aren't any scriptures saying not to, its the only thing keeping me from pressuring my girl into doing things we want to wait for.

A 16-year-old boy in Brazil was pronounced dead after masturbating 42 times without stopping in Rubiato town, in Goiás region, Brazil.

His mother told a local newspaper that she already knew about her son's addiction and although she planned on him to get special help, her decision came too late.
